We are a multi-cultural people gathered from a variety of nations and committed to living for Jesus, sharing our lives (both the good and bad) with one another, and demonstrating the message and power of Christ to our neighborhood. College students, young professionals, musicians, urban youth, couples, and singles enjoy coming together from very different walks of life.
As the early church did, we celebrate and model God’s grace and love through community. During the week we meet for house church meetings in member’s apartments. There, we eat a meal and experience the presence and power of God through worship, prayer, spiritual gifts, and Bible teaching. On the weekend, we gather for worship and prayer on Saturday nights in the Fenway and on Sunday mornings with our sponsor church, Abundant Grace in Brighton.
What you do is a reflection of who you are. We are very interested in social action, including homeless ministry, work with urban youth, worldview training, and support of churches committed to social action across the globe.
We are a part of Newfrontiers, a world-wide family of churches together on a mission to establish the Kingdom of God by restoring the church, making disciples, training leaders, and planting churches.
Fenway Church was founded by David and Betsy Hill in the fall of 2005.
