Yet, modern scientific breakthroughs have led to more questions than answers as nations grapple with ethical dilemmas accompanying human cloning and embryonic research. Meanwhile, the breath-taking discoveries of the vastness of the universe and the minuteness and complexity of our neurological functions can overwhelm and puzzle us. History does not provide comfort as the global community continues to struggle to erase poverty, end epidemics, eradicate terrorism, stop violent conflicts between nations, and come to ideological unity. Thus, a post-modern generation has emerged that seems determined to find truth from within rather than outside themselves. However, many have yet to find their own answer to the sarcastic yet perplexing age-old question, “What is truth?”
Fenway Church believes that truth is not a lost concept, that life is the result of a Creator, and that answers to life’s deepest questions can be found in Jesus Christ. Jesus says, “That you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.” Join our community on a journey as we engage our culture, explore life’s questions, experience the presence and power of the Spirit, and find new understanding and freedom in a relationship with Jesus Christ. In the midst of an increasingly individualistic culture, we can truly accomplish more together than we ever could alone.
